Crevolution | LVLUP Health
This CREvolutionary new product will c-revolutionize the health and fitness industry.
It takes the existing worldwide best-selling fitness supplement, creatine, to the next LVL by combining the most studied form, Creatine monohydrate, with two other highly effective forms (Creatine HCl and Creatine Magnesium-chelate).
Then we've added Highly Branched Cluster Dextrin (HBCD) to optimize the absorption of all three Creatine forms, as carbohydrates have been long shown to improve creatine absorption and HBCD is one of the easiest to absorb carb sources and pairs perfectly as a workout fuel source with your pre- or intra, or for replenishment post-workout.
But here's where the 'revolution' comes in...
GAA - GuanidinoAcetic Acid
GAA (also known as glycocyamine or betacyamine) is the direct precursor of Creatine and converts to Creatine intracellularly. It significantly outperforms Creatine as it has far superior absorption via not only the entering via the Creatine Transporter (CrT) that all creatines are absorbed through, but additionally (and unlike creatine) it also enters via passive diffusion, and protein carriers; Taurine, GABA, SLC6A, and SLC16A.
This means substantially MORE creatine in your cells!
Studies show that 4 weeks of GAA supplementation can increase musculoskeletal creatine levels by 16.9% (vs 2% for monohydrate)making it 8.45x more effective for muscle and strength. It also can elevate plasma insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF1), a hormone that might support muscle growth. (1)
The side benefit is the brain; GAA has been shown to result in 3.9x highercreatine levels in the grey and white matter of the brain vs monohydrate (2)
The only drawback we found (and remedied) is that GAA requires methylation and methyl groups to convert to creatine via the GAMT enzyme. If the supplement was just GAA alone, it could elevate Homocysteine levels, BUT we provide a 1.5-gram dose of TMG (tri-methyl glycine) to facilitate that conversion and nullify any risk.
TMG also has been shown to help improve exercise resistance, tissue oxygenation, and cognitive function - so, pretty good 'side benefits' for the co-factor ingredient we added to facilitate GAA!
