Directions

Adults: Start with 1 capsule daily, building up to 2 daily as tolerated. Take 30 minutes before your first and last meal of the day.

Critical timing rules for maximum effectiveness:

• Take MitoActivator EX alone — separate from all other supplements and prescriptions by at least 30 minutes (ideally 1 hour). Other supplements diminish its effectiveness.
• Take separately from zinc — zinc and copper compete for absorption.
• Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily while using MitoSynergy products.

A note on the Herxheimer ("herx") reaction: As your body begins absorbing this highly bioavailable copper, you may notice short-term symptoms — mild fatigue, headache, or temporary discomfort — as the body rebalances. Storage matters
